uncomfortable bed smoke smell

The bed was not comfortable. I found the smoke smell in the building unpleasant. One night, a smoke alarm went off at 2 a.m. due to smoking. Smoking should be controlled better.

helpful staff member early check-in clean apartment fair price

the staff were really helpful with parking i had on arrival they also let me check in a bit early instructions to enter and exit the hotel were clear the apartment felt clean and well kept the location suited my city center needs perfectly. the building felt secure too. i found the apartment easy to navigate. the price seemed fair for the quality i experienced.

i noticed a slight smoke smell in the building sometimes and i think it needs some checks.

the building provides underground parking which offers security for vehicles plus the staff manages the entry and exit system well . also, the building has easy navigation.

my one-bedroom city view apartment provided fine views and everything worked properly the bed felt firm ensuring sleep the kitchen contained all necessary equipment. i found the apartment to be a good size.

the hotel has a perfect location near the city centre and victoria park it provides easy access to local amenities. it made attending the concert very convenient. many restaurants are close.

The hotel does not have on-site dining. However complimentary coffee was readily provided upon request from the staff. there are many groceries near. shower gels were provided too.
